Great question! Our bases do contain organic, unrefined sugar and our granola does contain some added sugars. We make our smoothies with agave as a natural sweetener, but the rest of the smoothie is real fruit and coconut milk!

With so many options and variations, it’s whatever you want it to be! Local Hawaiians, Californians, and our Corporate team eat açaí bowls as meals (like EVERY day), but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat them as a snack!
