AJ grew up in Shawnee and graduated from high school in 2019. He would help out at the original location occasionally until becoming full time as a Store Manager in October of 2020. Since moving up to the Vice President of Operations in October 2021, AJ spends the day to day observing the operation to find improvements and developing the operations side of the business. He has been a key piece of the growth of The Surf Bar since he’s started.
